This is a part that comes up in our monster Jug story we’ve been cookin’ up. They go to a dance together and all (and his tail comes up when he got nervous dancing together but just carried on anyway and has to leave it for the night or we’ll get a full moon)

I initially had the red in mind for their outfits, but then I really liked the idea too for them having matching ace flag-colored outfits as well (since Jug is asexual), but either way I went with his pin being the flag I guess. Can still be an adorable, snuggly couple and be ace (though I’m not sure if Betty actually is herself or not still?). Maybe we’ll have 2 different dances come up where they get one outfit or the other. (Feel like the flag one would be better for Prom but we aren’t around that time span for most of the story).
